Arkhety is a free MVP provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to demonstrate the use of archetypal analysis for understanding customer data.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only anonymized, non-personal data. Uploading personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, government IDs, etc.) is prohibited and the app will block such files automatically.

2. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about correctness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.

4. Changes

These terms may change. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
