Privacy policy

Arkhety is designed to minimise data collection. Under GDPR (EU 2016/679), the points below describe how your data is handled.

What we do NOT do

• We do not store uploaded files on any server.
• We do not accept personal data — files containing names, emails, phone numbers or national IDs are blocked automatically.
• We do not set tracking cookies.

What happens to your data

CSV files are processed in-memory during your Streamlit session and discarded when the session ends. They are not written to disk, sent to analytics, or shared with any third party.

LLM calls

To name archetypes, aggregated numeric profiles (no raw rows, no identifiers) are sent to OpenAI's API. Only column names and archetype centroid values are transmitted.

Your rights

Because we do not store data, requests for access, rectification, or deletion are not applicable. For any privacy question, write to aalcacer@uji.es.
